Organization Service

An initial consultation is a crucial first step in any home organizing project. This meeting helps establish a foundation for the organizing process, and can take up to 4 hours. Here's a breakdown of what this initial consultation involves:

 

1. Understanding Goals: Discuss your specific goals and reasons for wanting to organize your home. This could include decluttering, improving functionality, or creating a more aesthetically pleasing space.

2. Assessing the Space: A walkthrough of the areas you want to organize allows the organizer to see the current state of your home. They’ll take note of specific items, layouts, and any challenges you face.

3. Identifying Priorities: Together, you can identify which areas or rooms are most important to tackle first and prioritize tasks based on urgency or importance.

4. Gathering Information: The organizer will ask questions about your lifestyle, habits, and routines. Understanding how you use your space will inform the organizing strategy.

5. Discussing Constraints: It’s essential to talk about any limitations, such as budget, time, or particular items that need special consideration.

6. Setting Expectations: Discuss how the organizing process works, what to expect in terms of timeframes, and the kinds of results that can realistically be achieved.

7. Planning Next Steps: Based on the consultation, the organizer will outline the next steps and possibly suggest a tailored organizing plan that suits your needs.  If time allows, we will begin working on the organizational strategies together.

 

This initial meeting sets the tone for a collaborative and empowering organizing journey, ensuring that the final results align with your vision for your home. Once the consultation is complete, you'll be well-prepared to move forward with the organizing process!

Power Organizing

It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed when tackling organizing projects, especially if the task feels big or daunting. Having hands-on assistance can make a huge difference in easing that stress and ensuring an effective organizing plan is completed.

 

After your initial consultation, we provide options to purchase additional organizing assistance to help ease the workload. The more hours you pre-pay for, the more you save!

 

  • 1-10 hours:    $50/hour

  • 11-20 hours:  $45/hour

  • 20+ hours:    $40/hour
